DSOs in the API

Name changes and mergers of DSOs​

We try to update all names as changes occur, but in some cases, we will retain the old names. Situations where this may be applicable are when two or more DSOs merge, but the prices and/or GLN numbers are still different and based on the old DSOs. This is the case for the following DSOs:

  • Noranett - a merger of Hålogaland kraftnett, Trollfjord nett, and Andøy Energi nett. The API still uses these names since they continue to use the models and prices from the old DSOs.

  • Mørenett and Linja were merged on March 1st 2023, but the models and prices are still different from each other. Therefore, they are still listed under their old names in the API, even though the new DSO is called Linja.
